Pre-Course Content Completion Policy
To obtain certification, participants must complete 100% of the Pre-Course Content through the Online Academy. This content must be finished satisfactorily before the date of your scheduled training.

Failure to complete the Pre-Course Content by the deadline will result in inadequate theoretical and practical skill levels, disqualifying you from certification. No exceptions will be made.

Course Fees and Enrollment Policy
All course fees are displayed and processed in the currency specified on our website at the time of enrollment.

Access to course materials and resources will be granted only after successful payment processing. If you experience any issues accessing your course post-payment, please contact our support team at info@lashalchemy.com.au for immediate assistance.

Course enrollments are strictly non-transferable and cannot be assigned to another individual under any circumstances.

Upon successful payment, you will receive a confirmation email with your enrollment details and payment receipt. Please retain this email for your records, as it serves as proof of your enrollment.

We reserve the right to modify this Payment Policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy regularly for any updates.

Refund and Compensation Policy
All payments made are final. No refunds, partial refunds, or compensations will be issued under any circumstances. This includes, but is not limited to, situations related to illness, inability to meet course requirements, failure to pass necessary benchmarks, lack of participation or usage of the course, or dissatisfaction with the course content.

Course Rescheduling Policy
In the event that Vanessa is unable to conduct the course due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, you will be notified as soon as possible. Participants will have the opportunity to reschedule their enrollment to the next available course date without incurring any additional fees.

Cancellation Liability Policy
If a student cancels their scheduled in-person training day, they will remain liable for the full cost of the training. This charge will cover the resources and materials that have been allocated for the student's enrollment. No refunds or transfers will be provided in such cases.

Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner during all course-related activities. Disruptive behavior, harassment, or any form of misconduct will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal from the course without refund.

Privacy Policy
Your personal information will be collected and used solely for the purposes of course enrollment, communication, and support. We are committed to protecting your privacy and will not share your information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law.

Limitation of Liability
Lash Alchemy Pty Ltd is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your participation in the course or your inability to access course materials, including but not limited to loss of data, business interruptions, or any other losses.

Emergency Circumstances Clause
While we maintain a strict no-refund policy, limited exceptions may be considered for cases of death or severe illness on a case-by-case basis.

Payment Security Assurance
We utilize secure payment methods compliant with PCI DSS standards to protect your payment data.

Reinvestment Clause
Any fees or penalties collected will be used for improving course offerings or covering administrative costs, ensuring transparency in our financial practices.
